Notice & Terms of Service

● All quotations include fee for one driver, please make your reservation 48 hours before departure.
Luggage: Comply with Taiwan's traffic laws; number of passenger and luggage should follow the instruction for each car model. Large luggage or bags should be placed in the trunk. If the actual conditions exceed the carrying capacity limit or may pose a risk, passengers must manage excess personnel and luggage themselves.
● Adjusting Schedule: For urgent order changes, please call directly at 0932552228. Note that we can only accept modifications that do not affect the price (such as contact number or pick-up time). Modification within 6 hours of pick-up, a 300 NT dollar fee applies. The pick-up time is based on the customer's given time. The driver will wait according to the customer's boarding time, unless there are uncontrollable flight changes.
● Airport drop-off waiting time: Maximum of 60 minutes from actual landing time. If unable to contact the customer after 60 minutes, the order will be considered fulfilled, and the service fee will not be refunded. If customer wishes to extend the waiting time beyond the initial 30 minutes, with the driver's agreement, an additional fee of 300 NT dollars will be incurred, and the maximum allowable extension is 60 minutes.
● Airport pick-up waiting time: Maximum of 90 minutes. If unable to contact the customer after 90 minutes, the order will be considered fulfilled, and the service fee will not be refunded. If customer wishes to extend the waiting time beyond the initial 30 minutes, with the driver's agreement, an additional fee of 300 NT dollars will be incurred, and the maximum allowable extension is 60 minutes.
● Reminder: Please pay attention to whether the travel time is sufficient. If you are taking an early morning flight, please be aware of the change of time zone.
● Beyond Charter Car Travel reserve the right to modify and interpret orders. In the event of unexpected circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, road closures, or potential vehicle damage), We may temporarily suspend services. Passengers will be notified of cancellations and refunds. Beyond Charter Car Travel has all rights in dispatching vehicles. Please review our booking guidelines and contact us with any questions. Completing the purchase of this service implies your agreement to the booking guidelines.

FAQ

1.Are your vehicles white card taxi?

Our cars are commercial rental vehicles. Receipts or invoices can be issued.

2.Are your vehicles insured?

Yes, 5 million New Taiwan Dollar per vehicle to protect every passenger.

3.I want to know about the service area and the pick-up spots.

Our service covers Taipei City and New Taipei City. Please inquire about pricing for other cities. Pick-up can be arranged at the customer’s front door or any specified address.

4.Is there an extra fee for airport transfer in early morning or late at night?

There are no extra fees, please feel free to make appointment.

5.Can you provide child safety seats?

We provide one child safety seat; the second seat incurs an extra NT$200 charge.

6.How long can drivers wait for an airport transfer trip?

30 minutes maximum for airport drop-off trip. 60 minutes maximum for airport pick-up trip from actual landing time.

7.What if my flight arrives early/delay?

We will monitor your flight status closely. As long as your flight takes off, our driver will be ready and waiting for you 10 minutes prior to your landing.

8.Where can I meet my driver?

Please keep your mobile phone on 10-15 after your landing. The driver will call you and let you know the meeting point.

9. How can I make payment?

By Cash: Please settle the fare with the driver after the trip. By Bank Transfer: Please transfer the payment to Beyond Charter Car Travel’s bank account before your trip.
